培根 (30克)
雞蛋 (2個)

牛奶 (200ml)
速凍酥皮 (104克)
口磨 (5個)
乳酪 (45克)

速凍酥皮、培根、菠菜、雞蛋、牛奶、口磨、乳酪

菠菜用熱水焯一下。焯水的時候水裡放點鹽、顏色會很綠。焯水一分鐘左右再用涼水沖涼。轉干水份、一定要乾乾的。否則做出來水份比較大
