奶油洋菇馬鈴薯

洋菇1盒
洋蔥半顆
火腿適量
九層塔少許
大蒜2瓣

1 將雞蛋馬鈴薯洗淨切小塊、洋菇切片狀、洋蔥/火腿切丁、大蒜切碎、九層塔洗淨備用

2 準備好炒鍋

3 將炒鍋加熱,放入奶油與一匙橄欖油,讓油融化,下大蒜與洋蔥爆香至洋蔥稍軟,加入馬鈴薯一起拌炒,再加入火腿丁一起拌炒

4 下洋菇一起拌炒,加入適量的鹽與胡椒一起拌炒至食材都熟透
