日式鹽蔥雞

食材
材料
雞腿肉去骨1枚
蔥花醬汁
蔥花2大匙
雞粉1大匙
麻油1大匙
砂糖1大匙
酒50ml
蒜末1小匙
醃漬材料
酒1大匙
太白粉1大匙
胡椒鹽少許


作法
1 雞肉切小塊後和醃漬材料放入塑膠袋中揉勻後放入冰箱十分鐘以上

2 蔥花醬汁調勻備用

3 熱鍋,放少許油,再將雞塊用小火煎熟

4 煎熟後再將蔥花醬汁倒入煮到收乾即可起鍋
