四色米蒸餃

食材
大張水餃皮25片
彩色營養米(黃彩)40G
彩色營養米(紅彩)40G
彩色營養米(紫彩)40G
彩色營養米(綠彩)40G
調味
鹽,柴魚粉,香油適量


作法
1 將四種顏色的米用杯子分開裝好,加水放電鍋用一杯水蒸熟(不用洗)

2 取出[調味]拌勻

3 用大張水餃皮包入一種顏色的米,將中間捏緊,成為4朵花瓣(接口處可沾些水)

4 用小湯匙分別放入四種彩色米,捏緊後用中大火蒸5分鐘

5 取出即可
