第三次世界大战给日本带来了沉重的打击，日本从此被分成了东西两国，东边由“cfc”统治，西边由“日兴连”统治。

战争结束之后几年，陷入毁灭状态的原首都东京的一座都城“丰岛”被犯罪组织占领。这里展开了一场以命相搏的王位争夺战。失去记忆的主人公明被扣以重罪并以无罪释放为条件被迫加入了这场残酷的争夺战，他被要求打倒犯罪组织的王并且毁灭犯罪组织。
